I was responsible for training, administrating and preparing Invercargill based Army Reserve personnel to support NZ Army Regular Force training exercises and operations.

Provided the southern region of New Zealand with Civil Defence Emergency Management response capabilities.

Conducted community engagement activities as the face of the NZ Army in Invercargill

Planned, conducted and administrated all weapons training for 3 Sig Sqn, NZ Army. I also provided leadership and teamwork training as requested.

Planned, conducted and administrated the selection and training of potential Counter Terrorism operators within the NZ Army. While qualified to instruct on the full range of CT responsibilities, I was the lead instructor in Close Quarter Combat, Close Quarter Battle and Urban Roping.

Responsible for the training, administrating and preparing my assault group for counter terrorist operations in support of the New Zealand government. As an assault operator my role was to conduct the physical rescue of hostages with the minimum amount of force should the need apply.
